We are delighted that you contacted us to be your service of process provider. If this is a new business relationship, we will require pre-payment before we get started. Pre-payment can be made 24-7 via our website, please find the payment tab on the menu bar. If this is not the first time we’ve done business together, we may extend the courtesy of payment after services have been rendered. Please note, that is a courtesy, so if extended, please do not abuse that offering. Invoices over 30 days past due are subject to an administrative/late fee in the amount of $5 per Invoice that is delinquent. Checks or money orders in the mail work as does the aforementioned credit card via website.

Payments

How do you pay your Invoice? You can send a check to our address located on this website. Or, you can process payment 24-7, 365 via same said website. Sorry, no Bitcoin, Apple Pay or any other digital/crypto currency is currently accepted at this location, just checks or credit cards please.

Addresses & Attempts

Please reach out to us via email or phone to receive a quote for services. Our service fee will include 4 attempts to one address. If we are given more than one address, we do charge per address, per service. A bad address is address 1. If you provide a new address, that is a second address, so a second fee will be charged. Please do all you can on your end to check for errors or inaccuracies before sending us the job. Our goal is to serve it as quickly and accurately as possible.

No refunds, no discounts, sorry. We play an important role in the legal process and we take pride in our work. Now, if you cancel before we drive to Point A to Serve Person B, then ok, we can talk refund turkey. But if our Servers have already gone a-knocking, the Invoice will be a-coming your way.

Our Process

We are well versed in Chapter 2, MI Rules of Civil Procedure. Personal Service is KING!! Want to hire us to serve your next court papers? It’s as easy as 1-2-3. Just email the papers to the email you see on this website OR upload the documents and fill out all necessary fields on the Send Work tab, also located on this very website. If you are an established Client, we will process your order right away. If you are new to our services, we will log the job in our system and send you an Invoice for pre-payment. Once payment has been made, then we will process your order.

Routine service is within 4 business days. Rush service is within 24 hours. Same Day Service is that day, no matter what. Please note, that our time frames are for established Clients only. Clients who are on pre-payment status, the clock starts once the payment is made. So, if you send us a Routine serve on Monday and we ask for pre-payment on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, then it is paid. The 4 business days will start on Thursday. With that being said, our routine 4 business days could be next day service, our servers are ON IT, but we say 4 days in case the Server can’t get to it right away.

We cover Detroit. We cover a whole ton of cities in this great state. We have Servers all over. In addition to that, Accurate Serve® has offices in FL, AL, CO and GA too. So, we know MI Rules of Civil Procedure and we also know FL Statutes, yes AL, CO and GA Rules too. That’s the great thing about hiring us for your process serving needs, you hire a whole team of experts. When we encounter an unusual situation, we discuss it on our Accurate Serve® group message board. So, we’ve seen and handled a lot of different issues, we are prepared for the unexpected.
